   The expired announcements continue to display until I log in to the dashboard and view the announcements under website pages.

The foreground date is dark blue. Almost impossible to read. After some investigation we have found what we believe is causing the problem:

   In main.css, they have the following code excerpt:

   #Content a {color: #193a54;}

   h2 {
   background-color: #5D331A;
   border-top: 1px solid #6c614a;
   color: #fff;
   display: block;
   font-weight: bold;
   margin: 2px 0 8px 0;
   padding: 5px;
   }

   These particular headings (for instance October 2009) are both h2 and #Content a... when any heading is both an h2 and a content link (a), it will have a color of #193a54 (dark blue) and a background-color of #5D331A (brown). I would recommend that !important tag is added to the h2 color (for non-linked h2 content) and an 'h2 a' element added to override the a. Here's my changes (in bold):

   #Content a {color: #193a54;}
   #Content h2 a {color: #fff;}

   h2 {
   background-color: #5D331A;
   border-top: 1px solid #6c614a;
   color: #fff !important;
   display: block;
   font-weight: bold;
   margin: 2px 0 8px 0;
   padding: 5px;
   }

   This will solve the problem of the color scheme without (hopefully) negatively impacting the rest of the page.

   External feeds do not update

   RSS feeds on my site do not automatically update. If I go into my dashboard and confirm their settings, they will be refreshed, but it doesn't happen unless I do that. This is similar to ticket #2444, but for External feeds rather than Events widgets

    New members request list in dashboard is not sorted

    The dashboard list of new member requests that appears when you first arrive at the dashboard is not sorted by name or by date submitted. It appears to be totally random. It makes trying to see who is new difficult to spot, requiring scanning the list carefully.
